The common areas comprise two toilets and a bathroom. In addition, tenants would have access non-exclusively to the gardens and property surrounds. Tenants will pay a proportionate amount of all common electricity, water gas and cleaning. The common electricity includes external flood lights, common area lighting, under-awning lighting and the "Begg's Corner" sign.
